2024 brought its share of challenges for businesses. The political change in England and the cost-of-living crises as well as the rapid devaluation of the naira in Nigeria and the economic downturn tested resilience across industries. Despite these obstacles, we remained steadfast and adaptable, continuing to deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions tailored to your needs.
How did we perform?

OVACtech
Sermegon® deployment - Our flagship product, Sermegon®, a cloud-based software solution powered by blockchain technology, successfully launched at a major teaching hospital in Nigeria. This milestone not only proved the concept but also provided valuable insights for enhancing user experience.
Looking ahead to 2025 - Using the knowledge gained, we plan to conduct a controlled pilot in England, with a focus on refining and advancing the platform based on real-world deployments. We have also signed a partnership agreement with a leading social car provider in shaping the product for addressing digitalisation of social care in England.
Respite Tea
Regulatory milestone - Respite Tea Nigeria achieved a significant accomplishment by updating product registration with NAFDAC, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining international standards in quality and assurance.
Digital expansion - We established a robust online presence through partnerships with platforms like Konga, where Bitterleaf Herbal Infusion is now available, and built a strategic relationship with Omnibiz to broaden our reach.
Looking ahead to 2025 - We are poised for a transformative year, with plans for a key partnership with leading pharmaceutical experts to position Respite Tea as a premier well-being product. Additionally, we will launch controlled research trials to further enhance our product’s credibility and impact.
